    Membership in the Circle is free and automatic upon creation of your customer account on orose.ca. As a welcome gift, we immediately credit 500 Petals to your account.

  2. Each Ritual Counts (5 Petals for $1):

    For every $1 CAD invested in your OROSE care, you receive 5 Orose Petals.

    • 500 Petals = $5 in earnings

    • 1000 Petals = $10 in earnings

  3. Your Voice is Precious (300 Petals):

    Share your experience by leaving a verified review (with a photo) of the products you use. Thank you from 100 Petals.

  4. Your Annual Celebration (1000 Petals):

    OROSE celebrates, on your birthday.

  5. We are offering you an avalanche of 1000 Orose Petals.

    IV. PROGRAM DETAILS AND REGULATIONS

    1. Petal Value

    OROSE Petals are loyalty points and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for money. They can only be used to obtain the products and services specifically listed in the Circle's Privilege Shop.

    2. Validity and Expiration

    In accordance with our values ​​and the laws in force in Quebec: your Petals never expire as long as your account remains active. To keep an account active, simply make at least one (1) purchase or one (1) Petal redemption every 18 months. After 18 months of total inactivity, the account is considered dormant and the Petals balance will be reset to zero.

    3. Cancellation and Returns

    If you return a product for a refund, the Petals earned during the initial purchase of that product will be deducted from your balance.

    4. Modification

    OROSE Cosmetics reserves the right to modify the terms, rewards or structure of the Timeless Circle at any time, with reasonable notice given to our members.
